We started our "Explore Oregon" summer this week with a trip to China Town to see the Chinese Gardens. The boys were given a packet of pictures of objects (trees, rocks, medallions) to find throughout the garden. The "scavenger hunt" kept the interest level up and we had a great time.

After exploring the Chinese Gardens we went to the Golden Horse in China Town for lunch. Lunch included: Hot & Sour Soup, Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, BBQ Pork, Pork Chow Mein & Mar Far Chicken. Brody LOVED the Hot & Sour Soup, Coop loved the BBQ Pork & Chow Mein and Zack loved everything (except the soup).
It was a successful first trip of our "Explore Oregon" summer!
